SuperEnglish uses Google only to authenticate your account. Your Google email, Google name, and Google profile photo are not shown to other users.

Your public SuperEnglish profile contains the username, avatar, bio, follower relationships, and public-room presence you choose to use. Voice-room data is processed to provide calls, captions, moderation, and service improvement.

Solo practice records pseudonymous learning events such as the selected language, game, level, answers, correctness, skips, roleplay turns, and AI coach use. These events use a server-issued random browser identifier for guests or a one-way identifier derived from a signed-in account; they do not contain your Google email or public profile text. Solo records older than 90 days are deleted during routine service cleanup.

Microphone exercises use the speech-recognition service supplied by your browser or operating system. Depending on your device, microphone audio may be processed by a provider such as Apple or Google. That provider controls whether audio is processed on the device or remotely and how long it is retained under its own privacy terms. SuperEnglish receives the resulting transcript, not a recording returned by that service.

In AI roleplay, your speech transcript is sent to our AI provider to continue the lesson. Only the AI character's generated reply text—not your microphone recording—is sent to ElevenLabs when natural voice playback is available.

You may schedule account deletion at any time. The account is permanently deleted after a five-day recovery period.
